Obtaining a visa to enter Saudi Arabia should be done through diplomatic missions abroad or the entry points according to instructions or through MOFA’s website under the “consular services” located at the home page, where there is an electronic application to be filled and submitted.

Required Documents: Basic

- Passport with at least 6 months’ validity

- Biometric enrollment

- Confirmed hotel booking (only enlisted hotels registered under Nusuk Masar App)

- Transport confirmation voucher (issued by a registered company)

- Confirmed round-trip air ticket

- Processing time: Minimum 10–12 working days

Conditions:

For booking through the Nusuk Masar system:-

1: You need to send us the Nusuk voucher, and we will get it approved by the hotel.
2: Any booking made through the Nusuk Masar system is non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-changeable.
3: It will take 12 hours for the hotel to approve it. Once you send us the voucher, we will reply within 12 hours.
4. Full payment must be made in advance for voucher approval. No voucher will be approved without payment.

New Umrah Regulations of the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah (1447 AH/2025-26)

For your convenience, the new rules are marked with a ? green signal:

- Now, not only visas will be issued — other services will also needs to be purchased.
- Hotel booking is now mandatory for the entire journey.
- Now, if you book a hotel that is not approved, a visa will not be issued.
- Now visas will not be issued without transportation arrangements.
- Now, traveling without a group is completely prohibited.
- Now passengers in the same vehicle must stay in the same hotel.
- Now the visa fee will vary depending on the number of passengers and the quality of the vehicle.
- Now children's visas must also include hotel and transportation, otherwise the visa will not be issued.
- Now a single (unified) voucher will be created according to the entire group's plan.
- Now visas will not be issued without a confirmed ticket.
- Now no changes can be made to the voucher after approval.
- Now no local (Iqama holder) will be able to stay in hotels.
- It is now mandatory to stay only at the hotel mentioned in the voucher.
