About these terms

What the website does
The website lets you search and compare flights, hotels, transfers, activities and holiday packages, read visa information, and send us enquiries. Most bookings are confirmed by our team after you contact us — a price shown on the site is not a confirmed booking.
Prices and availability
- Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Some are converted from other currencies at an indicative rate and can change.
- Fares, rooms and offers depend on availability and can change or sell out until a booking is confirmed and paid.
- Visa offers are valid only for the dates shown on the offer.
- We confirm the final price, what is included and the payment terms with you before you pay.
Visas
Visa decisions are made only by the embassy, consulate or immigration authority of the destination country. We help prepare and submit your application, but we cannot guarantee that a visa will be granted or how long the authority will take. Government visa fees are set by the authority and are usually not refundable. Our service fee covers our work; its refund terms are explained before you pay.

Changes, cancellations and refunds
Flights, hotels and other travel services are provided by third-party suppliers under their own rules. Changes, cancellations and refunds follow those rules plus any service charge we tell you about in advance.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information — names exactly as in the passport, correct dates and contact details.
- Make sure your passport, visas, health documents and other travel requirements are valid for your trip.
- Use the website lawfully: no misuse, automated scraping, attempts to break security, or false reviews.
Reviews
Reviews must be honest and about your own experience with Travel Team. We may decline or remove reviews that are fake, abusive, off-topic or contain personal information. By submitting a review you allow us to show it on our website and marketing, with the name you chose.
