- Eight (08) Months Valid Passport with Old Passports if have any.
- Personal Bank Statement / Company Bank Statement for the Last Six (06) Months.
- Bank Solvency Certificate
- Visiting Card.
- Recent One (01) Copy Photo. (35 mm X 45 mm, White background), not older than 03 months
- National Identity Card Copy.
- Tin Certificate.
- Income Tax Certificate/ Tax Acknowlwdgement Slip ( Last 03 Years )
Business Visa
- Renewal Trade License.
- Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum of Article of your Company (only pages, where director's names are mentioned). (If you are an owner-director of a company)
- Forn XII
- Incorporation Certificate
- Office Pad / Company Letter Head Pad
- Import / Export Certificate - if any
Student Visa
- Student ID card photocopy.
- Leave letter from school, college, or university
- Birth Certificate (only for children & infants).
Work Visa
- No Objection Certificate (NOC)
- Salary Certificate
- Pay Slips - if any
- G.O (Government Order) for Official Passport
- BMDC certificate for Doctor
- BAR Council Certificate for Advocate

- Two recent passport-size photographs (white background)
- Completed & signed visa application form
- Confirmed return flight itinerary
- Hotel booking or accommodation proof
- Bank statement — last 6 months
- Bank solvency certificate
- NID / Birth certificate copy

- Health examination (if required)
