Common Requirements
- Passport with at least two blank pages, valid for at least 6 months after leaving the Schengen territory.
- All previous passports.
- Personal/Salary Bank Statement / Company Bank Statement with bank solvency certificate for the Last Six (06) Months.
- Recent two (02) copy color photographs. (35 mm X 45 mm, White background), not older than 03 months
- Travel health insurance, valid for all Schengen countries; covering medical expenses with a minimum of 30,000.- EUR.
- NID Copy
- TIN & Income Tax Certificate & Tax Acknowledgement Slip of last 3 years
- For Business Person:-
- Renewal Trade License Copy.
- Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum of your Company (only pages, where director's names are mentioned). (If you are an owner-director of a company)
- Office pad / Company Letter Head Pad
- Import & Export Certificate - if any
- Company TIN, BIN & Income Tax Certificate of last 3 years
- For Job Holder:-
- No Objection Certificate (NOC)
- Salary Certificate.
- Pay slips - if any
- G.O (Government Order) for Official Passport
- BMDC certificate for Doctor
- BAR council Certificate for Advocate
- For Student:-
- Student ID card Photo Copy.
- Leave letter from school/college/university.
- Sponsor's documents: if
- Passport copy
- Invitation Letter
- Tenancy agreement/lease agreement copy
- Bank statement copy - if possible
- Professional documents copy - if possible
- Other supporting documents
- (a) Tour Program (b) Visiting card (c) Nikahnama/Marriage certificate/Family Certificate (d) Birth certificate of children

Denmark Visa Checklist for Bangladeshi Applicants
- Passport valid at least 6 months beyond travel date
- Two recent passport-size photographs (white background)
- Completed & signed visa application form
- Confirmed return flight itinerary
- Hotel booking or accommodation proof
- Bank statement — last 6 months
- Bank solvency certificate
- NID / Birth certificate copy
- Printed and signed Schengen Visa Application Cover Letter (via ApplyVisa)
- Passport with 2 blank pages, plus copies of all previous Schengen/UK/US/Australian visas
- Cover letter explaining the purpose of the visit in detail
- Original personal bank statement — last 6 months
- Schengen health and travel insurance
- Hotel reservation and travel itinerary (don’t buy tickets before visa approval)
- Proof of ties to Bangladesh, or invitation from the host if visiting family/friends
