Personal Bank Statement / Company Bank Statement with bank solvency certificate of Last Six (06) Months.
Recent two (02) copy color photographs. (35 mm X 45 mm, White background), not older than 03 months
Travel health insurance, valid for all Schengen countries; covering medical expenses with a minimum of 30,000.- EUR.
Personal TIN

Renewal Trade License Copy.
Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum of your Company (only pages, where director's names are mentioned). (If you are an owner director of a company)
Office pad / Company Letter Head Pad
Import & Export Certificate - if any
TIN & Income Tax Certificate for last 3 years

Student ID card Photo Copy.
Leave letter from school/college/university.
Other supporting document(a) Tour Program (b) Visiting card (c) Marriage certificate (d) Birth certificate of children (e) Document of properties
(f) Blue book photocopy of car if any (g) Document of other income if any (h) All documents of financial solvency like FDR/ Share business/ other savings/Security Deposit/cash investment etc. (i) National Identity Card Copy.

Schengen visa application completed via the VIDEX website
Passport valid 3+ months beyond the visa, with 2 free visa pages
Overseas medical insurance — min. €30,000 cover, valid across all Schengen states
Flight reservation (not a purchased ticket) and confirmed hotel booking
Personal covering letter explaining the purpose of visit and who bears the cost
Full Schengen tour plan / itinerary
Employer leave letter, or trade licence and company bank statement if self-employed
