As per the requirements for a Bangladeshi passport holder, the below any of the three processes has to be followed:
Process 1: Firstly, a sponsor in Guatemala has to apply for the visa at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Guatemala on the applicants behalf. Once the authorization has been granted, the Embassy in New Delhi will receive an intimation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Guatemala.
After receiving the authorization, the applicant can request for a visa date with the Embassy in New Delhi. Once the slot is given, the candidate can come for the interview at the Embassy in New Delhi with the return ticket and required documents as below:
For Visitor Visa:
Valid passport.
Copy of the passport.
Recent photo.
Filled application form.
International credit card, A letter from your Bank or Travel Checks under your name.
Work letter explaining your position and your annual salary.
Round trip ticket (visa of any country you transit from).
Invitation letter in original, hard copy, in Spanish.
Visa fees: BDT 2,550/- for single entry and for multiple entries BDT 5,050/-.
For Business Visa:
Valid passport.
Copy of the passport.
Recent photo.
Filled application form.
International credit card, A letter from your Bank or Travel Checks under your name.
Work letter explaining your position and your annual salary.
Round trip ticket (the visa of any country you transit from).
Invitation letter in original, hard copy, in Spanish.
Commercial Registration of the company in Guatemala as well as of the country of the company you represent.
Legalized photocopy of the passport.
Visa fees: BDT 5,050/-.
Process 2: If the applicant has a valid multiple entry US, Schengen or Canadian visa, they can apply directly at the Embassy in New Delhi, India under the category “B” for the interview by sending the copies of the required documents and the intended dates of travel.
Process 3: If you contact the Embassy and properly justify the reasons behind your absence while applying in person in New Delhi and upon the permission of granting the application through third party, you can send and process your visa through us. Travel Team Ltd. will provide you the Processing / Logistics support to have your visa stamped (Logistics charge applicable).
The visa has to be utilized for entering into Guatemala within 30 days from the issue date.
