Common Requirements
- Passport with at least two blank pages, valid for at least 6 months after leaving the Schengen territory.
- All previous passports.
- Personal Bank Statement / Company Bank Statement of Last Six (06) Months.
- Bank Solvency Certificate
- Recent two (02) copy color photographs. (35 mm X 40 mm, White background), not older than 03 months
- Travel health insurance, valid for all Schengen countries; covering medical expenses with a minimum of 30,000.- EUR.
- TIN / Income Tax Certificate - if any - LAST 03 YEARS
Business Visa
- Personal Bank Statement of Last Six (06) Months.
- Company Bank Statement of Last Six (06) Months.
- Renewal Trade License Copy.
- Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum of your Company (only pages, where director's names are mentioned). (If you are an owner director of a company) Office pad / Company Letter Head Pad
- Import & Export Certificate - if any
- TIN / Income Tax Certificate - if any
Student Visa
- Student ID card Photo Copy.
- Leave letter from school/college/university
- Inviting person's documents ( Personal ): if any
- Passport copy
- Invitation Letter
- Tenancy agreement/lease agreement copy / Driving License Copy (For address verification)
- Bank statement copy - if possible
- Inviting person's documents ( Company ): if any
- Invitation Letter
- LC Copy - if any
- Contact person details
- Other supporting documents (a) Tour Program (b) Visiting card (c) Marriage certificate (d) Birth certificate of children (e) Document of properties (f) Bluebook photocopy of the car if any (g) Document of other income if any (h) All documents of financial solvency like FDR/ Share business/ other savings/Security Deposit/cash investment etc. (i) National Identity Card Copy.

Malta Visa Checklist for Bangladeshi Applicants
- Passport valid at least 6 months beyond travel date
- Two recent passport-size photographs (white background)
- Completed & signed visa application form
- Confirmed return flight itinerary
- Hotel booking or accommodation proof
- Bank statement — last 6 months
- Bank solvency certificate
- NID / Birth certificate copy
- Visa application form, fully signed
- Passport valid at least 8 months
- ICAO-standard passport photo
- Cover letter stating the reason for the long-term visit
- Schengen medical and travel insurance — min. €30,000 cover
- Proof of accommodation — lease agreement, host declaration, or 14-night hotel booking
- Bank statement — last 3 months with sufficient funds
