While applying in the Paraguay Embassy, an applicant needs to attend there in person. However, if the applicant is able to provide reasonable justification toward the Embassy of Paraguay in New Delhi, he/she can apply through a third party upon the permission granted by the embassy or consular section. Also, if the inviter can justify properly regarding applicant’s position of being unable to travel India for visa application, the embassy may provide a permission to apply through an agent. Tourist Visa
- Two VISA Application Forms fully completed (filled electronically) and signed by the applicant. Photocopies of the filled application will not be accepted.
- Three recent passport-size color photographs, with white background.
- Two color photocopies of the Passport (1, 2 and last page). Passport should have minimum validity of one year from the intended date of entry into Paraguay.
- Original of police Record / Clearance Certificate, duly notarized and legalized by the Ministry. (Valid for six months).
- Round- trip tickets, the travel itinerary, in advance, (with Hotel bookings).
- Invitation Letter from Paraguay (The Invitee company has to present the original invitation to the Paraguay Ministry (MRE-Passport office) and get it attested & submit the same along with the application at the Embassy of Paraguay in New Delhi.
- Proof of economic solvency. Original Bank statement, from last 3 months and copy of credit card.
- Application must be submitted in 20 days in advance in the Embassy.
- Visa Fees: For Single Entry, visa fee is USD 65.00 and for Multiple Entry, visa fee is USD 100.00.
Business Visa

- Round- trip tickets, the travel itinerary, in advance, (with Hotel bookings).
- Invitation Letter from Paraguay (The Invitee company has to present the original invitation to the Paraguay Ministry (MRE-Passport office) and get it attested & submit the same along with the application at the Embassy of Paraguay in New Delhi.
- Valid Registration paper from the Bangladeshi Merchants Chamber or Chamber of Commerce & Valid copy of Company Registration.
- Proof of economic solvency. Original Bank statement, from last 3 months and copy of credit card.
- Application must be submitted in 20 days in advance in the Embassy.
Besides these, Bangladeshi Nations have to fulfill the following:
- It is required to attach a copy of the valid Trade License, or similar paper duly legalized by Merchants Chamber or Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of External Affairs of the country where document has been originated.
- Police Clearance Certificate duly notarized and attested by the Ministry of External Affairs if it is a country’s requirement.
