Business Visa
- Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months from the date of visa application and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any).
- One visa application form to be duly filled & signed by the applicant.
- Three recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, light background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
- A Forwarding Letter from the applicant on the company’s letter head stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Senegal, New Delhi.
- Original Invitation Letter from Senegal host / Inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay with Sign & Stamp.
- Confirmed Return Air Ticket.
- Confirmed Hotel booking.
- Yellow Fever Certificate.
- Personal or Company Bank statement in Original to be submitted.
- Total approximate time required to get Senegal visa: 3-4 days + 7 working days for Passport to & fro.
