Requirement
Common Requirements
- Passport with at least two blank pages, valid for at least 6 months after leaving the Schengen territory.
- All previous passports.
- Personal Bank Statement / Company Bank Statement with bank solvency certificate of Last Six (06) Months.
- Recent two (02) copy color photographs. (35 mm X 45 mm, White background), not older than 03 months
- Travel health insurance, valid for all Schengen countries; covering medical expenses with a minimum of 30,000.- EUR.
Business Visa
- Renewal Trade License Copy.
- Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum of your Company (only pages, where director's names are mentioned). (If you are an owner director of a company)
- Office pad / Company Letter Head Pad
- Import & Export Certificate - if any
- TIN / Income Tax Certificate - if any
Student Visa
- Student ID card Photo Copy.
- Leave letter from school/college/university.
- Other supporting document (a) Tour Program (b) Visiting card (c) Marriage certificate (d) Birth certificate of children (e) Document of properties (f) Blue book photocopy of car if any (g) Document of other income if any (h) All documents of financial solvency like FDR/ Share business/ other savings/Security Deposit/cash investment etc. (i) National Identity Card Copy.

Austria Visa Checklist for Bangladeshi Applicants
- Passport valid at least 6 months beyond travel date
- Two recent passport-size photographs (white background)
- Completed & signed visa application form
- Confirmed return flight itinerary
- Hotel booking or accommodation proof
- Bank statement — last 6 months
- Bank solvency certificate
- NID / Birth certificate copy
- Round-trip flight itinerary and Schengen travel medical insurance (min. €30,000 cover)
- Proof of occupation — employment letter and 3 months’ salary slips, or trade licence
- Original bank statements — last 3 months, plus income tax return (ITR) for last 2 years
- Permission from the Austrian Labour Market Authority (AMS), if applicable
- Letter of support / work contract from the Austrian employer
- Copies of previous Schengen visas and entry/exit stamps
